Soft, undyed and very warm ear warmer / turban made from 100% yak wool.
I offer it in two different colors. Both colors are natural. My yak wool is undyed and therefore skin- and environmentally friendly.

My products are made in Mongolia. Since Mongolian yaks live in mountainous regions, they have to cope with extreme weather conditions between 30°C and -50°C. Therefore, yak wool is heat-retaining, temperature-balancing and breathable. The horned animals, weighing up to 500 kg, impress with their massive bodies and calm and social nature. Approximately 300g of hair can be combed out of one yak per year and processed into yak yarn. In addition, yak wool is a natural product that can be obtained in an environmentally friendly way and is 100% ecological.
Traditional herd farming in Mongolia does not involve stall feeding. The nomadic life is based on the herd animals and their well-being. After winter, the animals' wool is combed out by individual herders and transported to weaving mills for further processing.
